Purchase Security
Lost or stolen card?
With Purchase Security by Visa®, you can be reimbursed for a purchase made with your stolen card. If a purchase you made with your card is damaged within 90 days of purchase, including damage due to fire, vandalism or certain weather conditions, Purchase Security can reimburse you for the cost of the item.
Extended Warranty Protection
Add more life to your purchases with Extended Warranty Protection.
This benefit extends U.S. manufacturer warranties of three years or less on purchases made with your card. For warranties of less than one year, the term is doubled. For warranties of one to three years, the term is extended by one extra year.
Warranty Manager Service
Stop wondering where your warranty documents are.
Register, manage and use warranties on eligible purchases with help from the Warranty Manager Service. Don't search for needed documents, simply call and get the information you need to use your warranty.

Visa® Signature Concierge Service

Roadside Dispatch®
This pay-per-use roadside assistance program offers peace of mind.

Trip Cancellation/Interruption
Get reimbursed for your travel costs.
Applies to the non-refundable costs of your travel ticket in the event you must cancel or interrupt an insured trip, up to the benefit maximum. Coverage includes:

When you use your card to purchase your travel ticket, and your checked or carry-on luggage is lost by the airline or stolen.
Auto Rental Collision Damage Waiver
Receive rental auto coverage for damage due to theft or collision.
Must complete your auto rental transaction with your card and decline the rental company's collision damage waiver.
Trip Delay Reimbursement
Get reimbursed when your flight is delayed by more than twelve hours or requires an overnight stay.
When your flight is purchased with your card, Trip Delay Reimbursement will reimburse you for the reasonable expenses you incur as a result, up to the benefit maximum.
Travel Accident Insurance
Receive accidental death and dismemberment coverage when you purchase your travel ticket with your card.
