Background & Experience

Carson brings a strong foundation in both finance and lending, built through years of education and hands-on experience serving clients in the financial industry. He earned a bachelor's degree in financial management and a master's degree in business administration, both from Northwest Missouri State University, complementing his professional experience with a deep understanding of personal finance, lending and long-term financial planning.

Prior to joining the mortgage team at UW Credit Union, Carson served as a Financial Specialist, helping members with account openings, consumer lending, service requests, and everyday financial needs. Earlier in his career, he gained experience through banking and financial services internships, as well as portfolio analysis work, providing him with exposure to a broad range of financial disciplines.

These experiences have shaped Carson's belief that financial success starts with education, planning and having a trusted partner to guide important decisions.
